TIPS.....part two


Add Humor
to whatever exercise program
and
you will stay healthy.
  1. Set the timer for 22 minutes, and walk out your front door for a vigorous walk ...with the intent to 'beat' the timer. Try to be walking in your back door for the last few seconds to hear it ring!
  2. Take your age and divide it by 2 (or by 4!) Use this number to be your goal to reach in a set of some type of exercise.
  3. Make yourself...do random exercises during each commercial break.
  4. Try setting your timer and walking your steps in your house for a minute or 2.

HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER!

Never give up....no matter how many times you lapse.
