Add Humor
to whatever exercise program
and
you will stay healthy.
- Set the timer for 22 minutes, and walk out your front door for a vigorous walk ...with the intent to 'beat' the timer. Try to be walking in your back door for the last few seconds to hear it ring!
- Take your age and divide it by 2 (or by 4!) Use this number to be your goal to reach in a set of some type of exercise.
- Make yourself...do random exercises during each commercial break.
- Try setting your timer and walking your steps in your house for a minute or 2.
HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER!
Never give up....no matter how many times you lapse.
