Guess What?
I am following through on a new tip today!
In order to be more intentional in excercising;
I just take my age...and put the timer on for that many seconds.
Then I do sit ups or trunk twists or whatever I work out at...
and
Presto!
The timer goes off and I am finished until maybe a time or 2 later in the day.
I just approached my husband with this new method of excercise
and
got encouraged!
He said,
"Where did you hear about this?"
THAT IS THE ENCOURAGEMENT....
"cause the implication was that it sounded like an idea out of a magazine article.
(Well...perhaps I read into his tone alittle bit.)
