How many friends do you have?
Christmas is a time when we remember friends and family.
Hopefully, if you are as fortunate as I am, your family IS your first set of friends!
Then, we begin with those top three close knit friends that you can count on.
After that there are the wonderful groups of friends through your work, club, church, or other social circles.
Usually there are numerous old friends that you perhaps, because of a job change, and a change of location, still love dearly...but do not see or talk to regularly.
There are the casual friends....maybe your hair dresser or even the clerk at your favorite corner store that you have gotten to laugh and joke with!
As we approach the Christmas season...how will we manage to greet everyone we have ever known that we ever have liked or loved?
Is it possible? Is is manageable?
Is it good to have friends unlimited?
Maybe through Facebook...it really is humanly possible...or do you think?
Each of us must decide.
This year I want to show love and send greetings to hosts of friends.
As I begin pondering this...
I am reminded of a tip or two that I have learned through others who are wiser than myself.
- There ARE twelve monthes to every year...perhaps only 1/12 of my long list could be actually remembered sincerely in December...and I could surprise others in different monthes!
- Maybe I should Facebook an (on the wall) greeting to vast numbers!
As long as I remember those who are shut ins and limited to a phone (no internet) ...those who do not have 700 friends on Facebook to fall back on in their loneliness...it will be okay.

All I know, at this point, is that my love for everyone is causing my heart to beat faster and my enthusiasm to escalate.
THAT IS WHAT FRIENDS ARE ALL ABOUT
