Yes! That kind of mind set is how the baby boomers
got to where they are today, right?
Valuing hard work and perseverence; my mom would not
easily let us get away with some chore partially done.
As for Dad...just when we thought that he would relent and
we would not have to do some work project around the farm;
he would actually change 'gears' and side with Mom!
Yes! I chuckle again as I remember Mom calling out from the
old farm house door to my Dad, ready to start up his tractor;
"Well, it sure won't hurt them!"
